So since you are carrying your bikes on a motorhome, you will need a bike rack approved for use by the manufacturer on the back of a motorhome due to it being a rougher, bouncier ride.

I took a look at all of our hitch bike racks rated to carry e-bikes and are motorhome compatible. We only have one rack that weighs under 40 lbs, secures the bikes by the wheels, and is motorhome compatible. It is the rack you mentioned in your question, the Saris SuperClamp HD 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # SAR44VR. Our next best option is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # KU84FR.

The Saris Door County Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - Electric Lift - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # SAR42RR, is not approved for use on RV's, tow-behind RV's, or trailers. The height it would need to be lifted to fit in a hitch receiver will vary by vehicle, and the hitch receiver, but you can count on having to lift it at least a foot.
